Hout Th.P.J. van den 1998c, 74 übersetzt die Passage bei abweichender Lesung wie folgt: „O Sundeity and Stormgod, [have?] benevolent eyes and look upon the king and queen with benevolent [eyes] and keep them alive!“. Hier setzt auch Singer I. 2002c, 25 mit seiner Übersetzung wieder ein: „O Sun-god and Storm-god! [Incline(?)] good eyes and regard the king and the queen with favorable [eyes] and keep them alive!“.
Singer I. 2002c, 25 übersetzt: „Whoever should henceforth carry to the lips of the gods an evil against the king“.
Singer I. 2002c, 25 übersetzt: „Bring the evil word of the gods crashing down on his own head and his entourage(?)“.
Singer I. 2002c, 25 übersetzt: „As the snake does not [miss(?)] its hole, ... “.
Singer I. 2002c, 25 übersetzt weiter: „ ..., may the evil word return to <his> own mouth“.
